Classes are currently all held as one to one sessions, available to take place online (via Zoom), at our premises in Farnborough, Hampshire or should you wish to we can also offer classes at your home. All sessions adhere to current Covid guidelines as recommended by the Government and NHS England.

£200 - Hypnobirthing Workshop For Parents**

A condensed 4 hour workshop suitable for anyone with limited time or even budget, maybe you have attended an Antenatal Course and would like to compliment it with learning the tools and techniques of Hypnobirthing.

Join me for this workshop to learn the key tools and techniques for a positive birth.

(Please note this is NOT the full Hypnobirthing Course)

£325 - The Complete Hypnobirthing Programme**

This can be done in either of the following;

  • 4 sessions over four weeks

A four-week course, each session lasting two hours, taking place online or in person at either our Covid secure premises in Farnborough, Hampshire or at your residence.

* We are constantly monitoring guidelines with regards to most recent Covid-19 restrictions and adapting sessions accordingly.

  • 2 day intense

A two day condensed course on Saturdays. This course has the same content as the four week course but condensed over two longer days .

Bespoke Services

A bespoke and personal service to suit individual needs generally in your own home. The course content is adapted to individual needs. Prices start from £399 depending on location. Dates and times to suit you. Contact for further information or to discuss your requirements.

All payment is taken in advance. Depending on which course you choose this can be paid as one amount or in instalments.
