I am a registered nurse and midwife adhering to the code of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

I have worked in hospitals in the UK and abroad and have been based in the community locally for the past thirty years. I have been extremely privileged to witness births with different outcomes in a variety of settings. I am passionate about natural births in a calm surrounding. I have been drawn to Hypnobirthing by witnessing many special births and positive experiences by parents adopting the techniques.

I am extremely fortunate to have joined with Wendy Wood and the team at The Little Birth Company, enabling me to teach their wonderful syllabus.

I have been privileged to study with the international authority on maternity complementary medicine Dr Denise Tiran enabling me to provide pregnancy therapies.

I have three grown up children and a loving, therapeutic Shih Tzu!

I enjoy walking, yoga, travel and theatre.

I have lived Farnborough Hampshire for over thirty years.
